This year’s Washington Women in Blues photos by no means represent all the region’s women in blues. However, it is a great representation of all facets that women play in the blues... from Producers, Agents, Promoters, Club Owners, Sound Crew, Photographers, Writers, Musicians and Singers. It was our goal to showcase the wealth of female blues talent that resides here in the great Pacific Northwest. This is our third year of showcasing these amazing females and it’s been our pleasure to bring them to you. We would like to say “Thank You” to everyone that made it out to the Photo Shoots, even on your day off (thanks, Lissa!). Thank you for all your hard work and commitment to keeping the blues alive. For those of you that were not able to participate this year, no worries... we’ll see you next year!A Who’s Who of Washington Women in Blues!
